Brain Dance is a series of 8 patterns of movement we should do everyday with students to keep us moving, balanced, stimulated, regulated and healthy. The division has a series of resources to assist teachers with remembering and teaching the 8 patterns. It can be as simple as 5 minutes of movement or it could take up to 30 minutes if you add in some creative options for movement and expression.
