Lessons & Examples

Living Sky School Division teachers share examples of Arts Education at work in their classrooms and provide photo and video documents to help show what a project might "look and sound" like as you assess the learning.

 All teachers are invited to send their examples to the Arts Education consultant for posting on this site.

1.This Sample Lessons page shares lessons & units created by Living Sky teachers, written in a variety of formats.

2. The Arts & Learning pages (left navigation)  highlight Arts Education units created in 2009/10 for the new Saskatchewan curriculum and were designed using a variation on Understanding by Design planning format.

3. The Art Strand pages (left navigation) feature lessons and unit plans that were created outside our school division.
