Research on the brain has revealed new understandings about the role creative and critical thinking plays in our development as innovative human beings. In the left bar navigation you will find links to the Middle Year's Arts Education units created by the Living Sky Arts & Learning committee. The units were created to assess Saskatchewan Arts Education outcomes using Understanding by Design as a guiding principle to our planning. Please feel free to download the files for your use in the classroom. The units will also be featured as Support Material on the Ministry of Education curriculum website.
